Mechel to float 7 bond issues

Mechel's board of directors has passed a decision on the placement of bonds series 13-19, with each series worth RUB 5bn (approx. USD 160m), the Russian mining and metals company indicated in official documents today. The total amount of seven bond issues is expected to reach RUB 35bn (approx. USD 1.12bn).
Each issue will consist of 5 million securities with a par value of RUB 1,000 (approx. USD 32.06) each. The redemption date is the 3,640th day from the flotation.
