VEB to loan $645m to Chusovoy Metallurgical on reconstruction

Perm region-based Chusovoy Metallurgical Works expects to take out a $485-$645m loan with state-run Vnesheconombank (VEB), Kommersant reports.
The funds are reportedly to be loaned fro 10-15 years.
Under plans, the funds are to be invested into the plant modernization, specifically, reconstruction of a roll mill, with projected annual capacity of 700,000 tons of rolled steel.
Chusovoy Metallurgical Works is a part of the United Metallurgical Company.
