MTS to invest $81m in Stavropol region by 2013

Mobile operator MTS has announced plans to invest $81m in development of telecommunications infrastructure in Stavropol region by the end of 2012, regional officials report.
Under plans, the funds are to be invested into construction of new base stations in order to fully cover the regional zone and opening of new stores.
Under the project, 3G network coverage in the region is to increase by four times by the end of 2010.
