Rostelecom to pay interim dividend for 2009

Rostelecom's board of directors has recommended that its shareholders approve a payment of interim dividend for nine months of 2010, the telecommunications company's press office announced today. The company is thus expected to pay 0.0000000411722654 percent of its net profit to owners of preferred shares and 0.0000000274519684 percent of net profit to owners of ordinary shares.
In accordance with existing legislation, the interim dividend will be paid out to the shareholders within 60 days from the date of the corresponding decision. The record date has been set for September 21.
