Sistema gobbles up NVision Group

AFK Sistema will buy NVision Group, an IT solutions supplier for commutations service providers, the multi-industry holding said today.
NVision Group will be integrated into Sistema's high-tech subsidiary RTI. The latter will purchase a 50% stake from NVision Group's shareholders, who will exchange the other half for RTI's additional shares. Thus, the shareholders of NVision Group will receive up to $200m and become shareholders of RTI.
