Independent Transportation Company seals deal on $2bn loan

.Independent Transportation Company (NTK), a leading rail cargo transportation company in Russia, has closed a deal to take out a RUB 75bn (approx. USD 2.43bn) syndicated loan from Sberbank and VTB Capital, the banks said in a statement.
NTK, which is owned by Vladimir Lisin's UCL Holding, used the funds to pay for a 75% minus two shares stake in Freight One, which it acquired at an auction in late October 2011.
