ABOUT rules of accreditation of journalists of editions,

mass media at NO " Elite Club of corporate behaviour "

General provisions. Regulations about rules of accreditation of journalists of editions of mass media (further - the MASS-MEDIA) at NO " Elite Club of corporate behaviour " (further - Club) are developed on the basis of the Law of the Russian Federation " About mass media " with a view of maintenance of an openness of work of Club, perfection of interaction from MASS-MEDIA. On accreditation of journalists at NO " Elite Club of corporate behaviour " the registered MASS-MEDIA, and also foreign MASS-MEDIA which are accredited at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation have the right. Kinds of accreditation. Accreditation can be constant and time. Constant accreditation is given termless; Time accreditation is given for the term of, necessary for performance of the concrete editorial task, or for replacement of constantly accredited journalist in case of his illness, holiday, business trip. The order of accreditation.

4.1. The application of edition of MASS-MEDIA for accreditation of the journalist moves addressed to director NO " Elite Club of corporate behaviour " on the official form of edition signed by the editor - in - chief, the certified seal. To the application are applied: a copy of the certificate on registration of MASS-MEDIA (the Appendix ? 1).

4.2. In the application it is necessary to specify:

Full name of MASS-MEDIA, circulation, periodicity, site of edition, region of distribution, post and electronic addresses, phone numbers and faxes of edition; a surname, a name a patronymic of the journalist submitted on accreditation; the equipment which is necessary for having at itself to the given journalist for performance of professional duties; a kind of accreditation (constant or time).

4.3. For reception of time accreditation in the application it is necessary to specify the reason on which it is necessary.

4.4. The director of Club has the right to give up in accreditation to the editions which have given for registration of accreditation documents, containing data not appropriate to the validity. In this case the application comes back for correction of the submitted data.

4.5. The decision on accreditation is accepted in seven-day term from the date of receipt of the application for accreditation.

4.6. Change of terms of realization of accreditation or realization of additional accreditation is made out by the order of the director of club.

4.7. The list of the accredited journalists is published on official site NO " Elite Club of corporate behaviour " www.elitclub.ru (the Appendix and ? 2).

5.1. the card of accreditation is the document confirming accreditation of the journalist at NO " Elite Club of corporate behaviour ".

5.2. the card of accreditation is given out on the basis of the sent application, at presentation of the editorial certificate. The basis for accreditation of the journalist at NO " Elite Club of corporate behaviour " is the application of edition signed by its head.

5.3. In case of reception accreditation’s cards of journalists by proxy the authorized representative bears the responsibility for their safety from the moment of reception. The basic directions of work with the accredited journalists.

6.1. To the journalists accredited at NO " Elite Club of corporate behaviour ", appropriate conditions for professional work on operative illumination of work of Club are provided: the preliminary notice on date, time and a place of realization of sessions and other actions of Club; granting of a place in boardrooms or the specially equipped premises during sessions and other actions of Club; maintenance of journalists with necessary information materials; assistance in the organization of individual meetings and conversations with members of Club and employees of executive management; briefings, press conferences, meetings on questions of activity of Club.

6.2. Accreditation does not guarantee to journalists their direct presence on actions during visits of officials. The order of special accreditation of journalists in case of visits of officials of Russia or the foreign states is established on the basis of the Law of the Russian Federation " About mass media ", and also requirements of the services responsible for preparation and realization of the given action.

Rights of the accredited journalists.

7.1. The accredited journalists have the right: beforehand to receive the information on forthcoming sessions, meetings and other actions; to get acquainted with directory materials (at the publication of the received information the reference to the Press-service of Club is obligatory); to be present during realization of open actions NO " Elite Club of corporate behaviour " at boardrooms or specially equipped Premises, except for the cases stipulated by items:

7.2 of the present Position; to use the technical equipment necessary for realization audio-, video or filming, sound recordings; to visit briefings, press conferences other actions specially intended for MASS-MEDIA; to use assistance of executive management of Club in the organization of meetings, conversations with members NO" Elite Club of corporate behaviour ".

Duties of the accredited journalists.

8.1. The journalists accredited at NO " Elite Club of corporate behaviour ", are obliged: to observe internal regulations NO " Elite Club of corporate behaviour "; not to interfere with a course of action on which it is present (if it is not specially organized for press); to observe rules which are determined for special, special actions; to observe the order of the organization and realization of personal meetings and conversations with heads, employees and members of Club.

The termination(discontinuance) of accreditation.

9.1. The basis of the termination(discontinuance) of accreditation is: dismissal of the journalist from edition (in this case edition has the right to accredit other journalist); at the termination(discontinuance) of activity of MASS-MEDIA which is represented by the journalist; acceptance by a management of edition of MASS-MEDIA of the decision on discharge of the journalist from illumination of activity NO " Elite Club of corporate behaviour " and - or his replacements by other journalist (on the basis of the formal notice);

Deprivation of accreditation.

10.1. The journalist can be deprived accreditation: interventions of the journalist in the order of realization of actions to which he was invited; numerous infringement of norms of the present Position; in case of distribution of data which do not correspond to the validity and discredit honour and advantage of members NO " Elite Club of corporate behaviour " and employees of executive management of Club that is confirmed with the decision which has entered validity of court.

10.2. The decision on deprivation of the journalist of accreditation is accepted by the director of Club. The decision should be motivated, in writing made out to contain references to the current legislation about mass media. The press centre directs the formal notice to edition of MASS-MEDIA from which the journalist deprived to accreditation not later than in five-day term from the moment of decision making was accredited. From coming into force of such decision the card of accreditation is considered void and should be returned edition of MASS-MEDIA in NO " Elite Club of corporate behaviour ".

10.3. For the sanction of the disputed situations connected to accreditation, the journalist or edition can address to Director NO " Elite Club of corporate behaviour ".

10.4. Refusal in accreditation, deprivation of accreditation, and equal infringement of rights of the accredited journalist can be appealed against in court according to the current legislation.
